1. Acceptance

By using takmonboost.com or engaging Takmon Boost Pvt Ltd for services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide digital services including website development, app development, SEO, paid advertising, branding, video production, and franchise onboarding. Detailed scope is defined in individual project agreements or subscription plans.

3. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate briefs, brand assets, and content promptly.
• Give timely feedback and approvals to avoid project delays.
• Ensure any content you provide is legally owned or licensed.

4. Payments

Unless otherwise agreed, projects require 50% advance and 50% before final delivery. Retainers/subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Overdue invoices attract 2% monthly interest. GST is charged as per Indian law.

5. Intellectual property

All final deliverables (except third-party plugins/fonts/stock media licensed to you) become your property upon full payment. We retain the right to display work in our portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties will keep proprietary information confidential and use it only for the purpose of the engagement.

7. Warranties & disclaimers

We warrant that services will be performed professionally. Except where prohibited by law, all other warranties are disclaimed. We do not guarantee specific rankings, ROI, or revenue outcomes for marketing/SEO services.

8. Limitation of liability

Our aggregate liability shall not exceed fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with 15 days written notice. Fees for work completed until termination remain payable.

10. Franchise partners

Franchise partners are bound by an additional Franchise Agreement. Partners may not sub-license the Takmon Boost platform or misrepresent our services.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
